As an ambassador for Operation Smile, MLB pitcher Mike Adams helped Joshua, a three-year-old boy born with a cleft lip, find the right doctor to repair his problem.

After 14 failed surgeries to repair Joshua’s life, a chance meeting with the baseball pitcher at a mall changed the little boys life in November 2011. Mike came up to them and offered to help them through Operation Smile.
